Dr. Brownlee's Education, Training, and Board Certifications
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Brownlee began her journey to become a plastic surgeon at Michigan State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science. She was a consistent member of the Dean’s Honor List throughout her undergraduate years, and was elected to the homecoming court — early reflections of the academic discipline and connection with peers that would later shape her approach to patient care.
Dr. Brownlee earned her medical degree (DO) from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill, where she served as president of her medical school class and founded the institution’s surgery club.
